The shipment are made directly from our warehouses located in Nice (france) by the carrier DPD or by parcel post. The delivery time Articles indicated in the records produced, it ranges from 1 to 3 business days for the France, 4 to 6 business days for international.
The carrier cost in France is 6.90€ and 12.90€ in Europe. 
Grouped your order(example: inliners skate + boots + helmet) shipping costs will be 12.90€ for ALL the order... all enjoy in!

At any time, you can follow the progress of your order in your "My account" area.

On rollerpascher your purchase is fully satisfied or reimbursed. For reimbursement of an article included in a pack, the amount of the order will be the kept article.

5 / A refund or Exchange will be made under 72 pmAfter receipt of your package.

As of the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 30 working days to send us articles, article L121-16 of the code of consumption.
